  • The blossoms of Anthemis Nobilis L, a member of the Asteraceae flower family, are used to make chamomile essential oil. There are other regional names for chamomile roman, including English chamomile, sweet chamomile, ground apple, and garden chamomile. 
  • This oil may be used on all skin types, however sensitive skin types are likely to benefit the most since chamomile extract calms the skin. 


The flavonoids apigenin, luteolin, quercetin, and terpenoids chamazulene and azulene, which are antioxidants, are the most active components in chamomile oil.

How to use

1. Dab it over your damp skin after combining 3–4 drops of chamomile oil with a teaspoon of carrier oil
2. Rinse it with warm water after 20 minutes
